Delivery options
Free express shipping applies to eligible orders of $199 AUD or more. Below $199, standard shipping is $14.99 AUD (5–10 business days) and express shipping is $19.99 AUD (2–4 business days). Delivery times start after dispatch. Your available services and final shipping charge are shown at checkout.
Dispatch and made-to-order dresses
In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) from Brisbane.
Made-to-order production times vary by designer and product. Check the lead time shown on your product page before ordering, then allow additional time for delivery and alterations. If your event is approaching, contact us with the dress, size, colour and date so we can confirm what is achievable.
Try Before You Buy
Delivery options and charges for your sample order are shown at checkout. A sample that is currently out on a try-on can be ordered to join the queue; we will confirm timing before dispatch. Your seven days at home begin when the sample arrives. You arrange and pay for tracked return postage.

We currently ship within Australia only.
